Position : Loan Operations Coordinator
The Loan Operations Coordinator will be an integral part of our team, managing various aspects of the post-closing loan lifecycle, including funding, onboarding, servicing, and closures. You will collaborate effectively with lending teams and third-party vendors, ensuring top-notch service for both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process all funding transactions for loans, including initial and subsequent disbursements.
- Reconcile general ledger and operational accounts.
- Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy, ensuring proper onboarding into our core processing systems.
- Identify and preserve critical loan documentation as per guidelines.
- Oversee servicing of loans and credit cards, ensuring customer satisfaction with regard to collateral maintenance, payment calculations, and billing.
- Administer loan escrow accounts, manage payoff requests, and complete lien releases.
- Other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.
