Job Description Summary
Enterprise co-founded Power Forward Communities (PFC), a landmark coalition with some of the country's most trusted community development, climate, and housing organizations.
It is purpose-built to decarbonize America's homes and drive a market transformation that cuts costs, benefits renters and homeowners, and focuses on low-income communities nationwide.
The EPA has awarded the coalition a $2 billion National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant. Together with our coalition partners Enterprise will use this award to deploy a powerful combination of financing, market building, and community engagement to create healthier, safer, and more affordable homes.
The Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team at Enterprise helps more efficiently and effectively achieve our mission by driving the organization's data strategy, analyzing and reporting on organizational performance, and partnering with our IT department to strengthen our internal data systems.
The Data Analyst will wrangle and analyze key organizational data, develop dashboards and KPIs for reporting, support compliance reporting, and help deliver value and insights for our organization and business leaders. They must have proven experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics. The Data Analyst must have strong teamwork and communication skills, be excited about learning and problem-solving, and have a passion for social justice.

Job Description
- Work closely with other members of the data team to produce and maintain business operations and impact dashboards for the organizations' leadership and Board.
- Help develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Enterprise programs and initiatives and support ongoing data tracking and performance measurement.
- Clean and analyze Enterprise business and performance data.
- Prepare data and reports for compliance with grants from federal agencies, such as EPA and HUD.
- Interpret results and effectively communicate data insights through visualizations, interactive dashboards & maps, and executive reports.
- Respond to requests for data by asking thoughtful questions, preparing scopes of work, and tracking tasks in Jira.
- Work closely with our Data Engineer team to automate data processes, set up data flows and APIs, and collaborate on code (in Python, SQL and / or DAX).
- Develop expert knowledge of Enterprise business operations and data assets.
- Perform quality assurance reviews, follow all data privacy & security protocols, and maintain thorough project documentation to support the department's overall commitment to accuracy and transparency.

The base salary for this role is $68,000 to $85,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
