This position is critical to our rapidly evolving business environment and will have primary responsibility for creating and implementing our document management program, leading our business continuity processing, and working with first line managers and the functional key risk manager roles with risk assessments, controls and risk mitigation, and key risk measures based on ERM best practices. The role requires an individual who can work independently across all levels of leadership while working cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders (first line managers, key risk managers, internal audit and senior management) but is also strong enough to respectfully challenge decisions and raise issues. The individual will need to be a hands-on leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team.Job DescriptionResponsibilities : Develop and maintain compliant process documentation for operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, process maps and reference materials. Additionally, provide procedures documentation support as it relates to project needs.Translate complicated information into clear, comprehensive language appropriate for any audience. Must develop professional content that addresses regulatory issues, where applicable. Engage business areas to assess the impact of process or procedural changes and document.Refine and implement a comprehensive business continuity strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Ensure the business continuity plan (BCP) is integrated into the overall risk management framework.Collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure business continuity plans are comprehensive and cover critical functions. Plan, coordinate and conduct regular tabletop drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of the BCP and improve readiness. Provide regular reporting to Senior Leadership on readiness status, incidents or near misses.Qualifications : Key Experiences : Business Continuity Management - At least 5 years of experience in business continuity management, including risk management and disaster recovery.Document Management - Extensive experience in facilitating a document management system and processing by working with internal business partners to develop and maintain documentation of their policies and procedures.Proven strong leadership experience with ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.Crisis Management - Hands-on experience in crisis management response planning.Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required.Technical skills - Proficiency in business continuity software and document management systems.Analytical skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective continuity plans.Working knowledge of risk management frameworks, standards and best practices.Strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey plans and procedures to stakeholders.A professional, proactive, and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with knowledge of and proficiency in use of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax.Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.The base salary for this role is $135,000 to $145,000, depending on level of skills and experience.Thank you for your interest in joining the Enterprise team in our effort and commitment to serve others.#J-18808-Ljbffr
