Job Description Summary:

• Facilitate testingYardi modules, implementation, evaluation and ongoing optimization of core digital solutions.
• Work closely with vendor partners and I.T. to ensure seamless integrations, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Oversee roadmap planning, alignment and execution for key technology for Enterprise Residential.
• Gather and prioritize requirements based on market research, business needs, and technological trends. Product managers brainstorm potential features, perform feasibility studies, and develop a business case for the most promising ideas.
• Monitor product performance against established KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
• Collaborating on all system integration setup and ongoing maintenance needs.
• Monitor system performance, including product updates, opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical product specifications, prioritize feature development, etc.
• Lead the efforts to address all internal and external concerns for assigned product(s). Working across the organization to successfully resolve issues and assure the customer concerns are addressed.

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration is required.
• Possess five or more years of supervisory experience or strong history of effective leadership and management experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate ability to deal directly with Senior Management and all other personnel to build consensus, establish confidence, communicate effectively and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Five years of recent Yardi software experience in a leadership role at a Director level or above. Additional preference for affordable housing experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to affordable housing.
• Ability to set priorities and maintain annual work plan progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful background in training.

• The base salary for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
• The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
