Enterprise Developments, a prominent Land Development and Property Management company, seeks an organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our owner in daily operations and client communications. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, managing emails, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and project updates.
- Maintain and manage CRM data.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support various team initiatives and projects, optimizing processes and ensuring smooth workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a technology or related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems and Zoom
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of the home building industry or experience supporting technology teams is a plus.
- Computer savvy
- Must be able to work from 8 AM - 5 PM CST.
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $30/hr.
