Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is actively seeking May 2025 college graduates for full-time/entry-level roles on our Project Management Consulting track. As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will work closely with our senior consultants and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in managing timelines, resources, and client communication, while developing a deep understanding of knowledge management and data strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their project management career and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This Hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable commutable distance of our Arlington office and that you are willing to be on-site at least three a week.

The Role:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to knowledge management, taxonomy development, and data management
- Collaborate with senior project managers and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, reporting on status and any risks or issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports
- Support the development of client presentations and reports
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and knowledge management processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-ops, or coursework will be considered)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus
- A passion for learning about knowledge management, taxonomies, semantic technologies, and data management
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of knowledge management concepts, taxonomies, ontologies, and data structures
- Interest in technology and consulting services
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is an advantage
Some examples of the projects our Project Management Analysts have assisted on include:
- Assist in the creation of a “green” information management sustainability strategy and tool pilot for Shell to reduce their carbon footprint
- Working as a project manager for the World Bank in order to design and develop a mobile app for use in water and sanitation projects in several developing countries
- Gathering requirements and implementing change management practices for the National Park Service in order to create a single, world-class knowledge and learning platform
