Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP license
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure/Prescriptive Authority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
