Who You Are:

You are ambitious and determined to grow, develop, and build your sales career overseeing cutting-edge technology projects including, but not limited to, product development, AI technologies, and cloud applications. You can quickly think on your feet and can pivot a conversation in response to the needs of a prospective client's call. You are comfortable with working in a cold-calling environment and you have the motivation and desire to work in direct sales.


This entry-level role would be ideal for someone with no industry experience, as you will be entered into our 90-day training program. You will be given the tools you need to successfully learn how to cold call, qualify and fight for leads, and learn how to create successful email campaigns.


Those who successfully graduate from our training program will be offered an Associate Account Executive position where they will build up their own book of business and have the opportunity to make six figures!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently hit goals and metrics set by your manager
  • Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Set up client meetings and calls between clients and key client partners while supporting their pipeline for successful business development
  • Participate in high-level conversations with specific stakeholders in charge of technology-related projects
  • Assist the sales support team in lead generation activities as deemed necessary while managing all activities in our CRM: Pipedrive
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities across our market sectors


Job Requirements:

This role would be ideal for an individual who is hungry to start a sales career in the technology services industry.


  • Comfort with cold-calling is required
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, or whatever is deemed necessary, to hit your goals and metrics
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
  • Highly dependable with excellent time management skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail and process oriented is essential to succeed
  • Problem solving and team building skills are required
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role


Additional Information:

This is an on-site role at our Chicago office with regular business hours. Once you close your first deal, you may move to a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model includes two (2) set remote days/week. We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In addition to a beautiful work environment, we offer full benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and on-site gym membership. We do not offer a relocation package at this time. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of our office.


Compensation Package: The annual base salary for this role is $45,000 uncapped commissions. Commissions include $100 for every meeting set and attended. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores during each step of the interview process. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
