The Marine Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing a fleet of vessels under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Providing efficient marine dispatch support.
- Coordinating and resolving any issues or problems reported by the boats, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Setting up and closing out all jobs for the vessel group.
- Reviewing daily boat logs, addressing any issues that arise, and handling purchase orders.
- Maintaining accurate and timely communication with customers regarding the status of vessels working for them through email and phone calls.
- Ensuring accurate transmission of orders received from customers to relevant parties.
- Assisting with operations on a 12-hour, 7-day per week basis when on call or available for consultation, including scheduled days off.
