Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Integrity Specialist to join our team at Enterprise Products. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our Facility Mechanical Integrity Program, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our assets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive mechanical integrity program that aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure effective testing and repair of fixed equipment and piping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including P&ID's and ISO drawings
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, including API, ASME, and ASTM
Requirements:
- High school diploma, API 510 and API 570 Certifications required
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience in processing plant inspection and technical support required, 10 years preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
