Overview: As a Senior Mechanical Integrity Specialist at Enterprise Products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our assets by implementing and managing our Facility Mechanical Integrity Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive mechanical integrity program that aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure effective testing and repair of fixed equipment and piping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including P&ID's and ISO drawings
- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, including API, ASME, and ASTM
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Process Safety Management (PSM) and USCG facilities inspection requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma, API 510 and API 570 Certifications required
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience in processing plant inspection and technical support required, 10 years preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of PCMS inspection data management software
