Day and Evening Custodian - Midland, TX - We Hire Individuals with Disabilities

Duties:

- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to operate buffing machines is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
