Day Time Custodian (Northeast Austin) - We Hire Individuals With Disabilities

Position: Day Custodian

Reports to: EPSI Project Manager

Location: 2500 Ridgepoint Drive, Austin, TX 78754

Type of Position: Full Time

Hours: 8 AM to 5:00 PM

General Responsibilities:

· Cleans and maintains areas as designated by management and drives workers along designated routes.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Clean baseboards, corners, and doors.

· Vacuum and shampoo carpets to remove dirt and stains.

· Performs custodial duties as needed.

Accountable for:

· Timely, accurate, and cost-effective performance of duties.

· Punctual and reliable attendance.

Work Conditions:

· Work is performed mostly indoors, in an office environment.

· Afternoons/Evenings (Work hours are subject to change among all shifts, as necessary).

Safety:

EPSI will provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Hazards associated with this position may include, but not be limited to, slips, trips, falls, elevated noise and dust, among other like hazards.

Mandatory Job Requirements:

· Ability to attend work regularly and arrive on time. Must be able to operate a vehicle and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Location:

• Multiple locations in Austin - We provide transportation to job sites. Employee will meet at central location to receive transportation to sites.

Job Type: Full-time
