- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, care plans, and services.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient charts.
- Ensure compliance with all privacy regulations concerning patient information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is essential.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using various clerical tools and systems.
- Knowledge of care plans and health information management practices is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
