Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This is a high-growth position. The products we make are technical industrial automation related systems. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our products and services and performing digital product demos. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Demos: Perform regular online video product demos
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate tracking of opportunities within the CRM system.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Clearly understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and clearly communicate product benefits and value propositions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, their advantages and limitations to effectively address customer needs and provide recommendations.
- Closing Sales: Execute the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and share insights on market trends.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Support: First line of customer support, product configuration, installation and training.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside technology sales, technology marketing, application engineering or sales engineering.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer profiles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales or technical sales environments.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
