Local Tool & Die Company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and clerical skills, with a commitment to providing excellent support in a fast-paced office environment. This role will be assisting the Project Manager & Office Team.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing & data entry
- Assist with answering phone calls and transferring appropriately in a professional manner.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports.
- Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming correspondence.
- Utilize computer software for data entry & document creation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
