Job Overview:
Support position
100% on site
Typical work ours are from 7am-4pm
Company provided tools as needed for the position.
Expenses related to certifications and training.
Company Laptop.

Responsibilities:
reliable when it comes to engineering question/issues
Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Keep track of parts on site
Get part from the office occasionally
Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle able to carry equipment needed for projects
7 year Clean Background check
Office located in Rockville, MD
Role and responsibilities (Post- Deployment Phase):
On site (8am -5pm) census-badged contractor for AV maintenance and support for 1 year
(option years TBD)**This will be contingent on passing a background check.
Conducting routine maintenance and updates to the AV Systems.
Provide active AV support for scheduled high-profile meetings and events.
Manage and track defectives parts and work with EV support for parts replacement.
Work with Census Telecom staff to provide any AV support as required in the 255 rooms
under maintenance.
Communicate in a clear and professional manner with PMs, other installation team
members and clients.
Dress in a presentable and professional manner, refrain from taking excessive smoke
breaks
Experience:
Under 1 year of experience is acceptable for this position. We are looking for an individual who is familiar with the Audio Visual field, IT field, and/or Cloud.
