Practice Information
- Option for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
- Exclusively Monday - Friday schedule
- 1 : 6 phone call rotation
- 45-90 minutes for new patient visits & 30 minutes for follow-up visits
- Dedicated administrative time built into work hours
- 16-20 patients per day
- Option for minor procedures and women's health
- On-site lab
- Dedicated MA to assist with prescription refills, follow ups and more
- In-house diabetes specialists and three-person care management team
- Up to $300,000 salary with additional earning incentives
