Enterprise Medical is helping a local not-for-profit Hospital recruit a board-certified / board-eligible Urgent Care physician to join a newly established, progressive primary care practice located in beautiful coastal South Carolina.
About the position
- 12-hour shifts, 36-44 hour work weeks depending on how the shifts workout, averaging 80 hours per pay cycle, a minimum of a weekend per month with more shifts available as requested / flexible schedule
- 36-month Term
- Base hourly rate : $136 / hr
- Incentive Compensation Conversion Factor : $48.50 per wRVU above threshold (Incentive Threshold is determined by the number of clinical hours worked multiplied by 2.46)
