Job Description:
Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working in a PSS (or similar) role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services.
- Process patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support billing and collections processes as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient interactions and updates.
