What you will do :
As a Deployment Manager, you will oversee the deployment of Enterra's AI solutions from initial planning to execution and support into cloud environments – both at Enterra and at the clients' private cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the deployment of Enterra's platforms and solutions in diverse environments.
Responsibilities Include :
- Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams to ensure seamless deployment of Enterra's platforms and solutions.
- Create documentation and manage the library of client-specific technical deployment artifacts.
- Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients, and manage and resolve issues for deployment.
- Provide technical answers to client queries, including participation in client architectural reviews.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the deployment process.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the solutions effectively.
- Track deployment progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly to minimize impact on timelines and client satisfaction.
- Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies and processes.
- Support Client Services team with RFI and RFP responses.

Additional Information
Must reside in the US, preferably in the Northeast or Mid Atlantic regions. Remote work permitted. Occasional travel may be required based on client, project, or business need. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. This is a full-time position with benefits.
