The primary responsibility of a Project Coordinator I is to collaborate with other Project Coordinators on various daily tasks associated with our customers and / or markets by handling inbound phone calls and chats, updating information through data entry, submitting 811 tickets in a timely manner, scheduling customer orders and closing out jobs. A Project Coordinator I will be expected to demonstrate skills such as attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to adapt, possess a sense of urgency during peak volume times throughout the day and an ability to prioritize workloads.
