Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative Affiliate Marketing Associate to support our growing affiliate marketing program. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and a dynamic network of external affiliate partners to help drive performance, manage campaigns, and optimize placements. You’ll play a key role in keeping our affiliate initiatives running smoothly — from trafficking ads and coordinating creative assets to maintaining campaign calendars and providing marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners, responding to asset requests, questions, and general support needs.
- Oversee the trafficking of creative assets, promotions, and offers to affiliates and networks.
- Monitor and update website placements and ensure accurate tracking is implemented.
- Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
- Maintain and update campaign calendars, ensuring key promotions and launches are effectively communicated and supported across affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product, analytics) and internal senior organizational partners to support campaign needs.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies.
- Provide recommendations for optimization based on performance data and industry trends.
- Lead special projects and initiatives within the affiliate team, including partner onboarding, promotional pushes, and seasonal activations.
- Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, contract management, and affiliate portal updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field.
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to affiliate or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interfacing with external partners.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, Rakuten, ShareASale) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity for performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
