The Role
The VP of People will oversee a current team of a People Operations Manager and a contract Recruiter. This key hire will be comfortable and highly competent across the entire employee journey : fostering company culture and engagement, attracting the very best talent and retention, performance management, and learning & development.
- The VP of People will have a track record of demonstrating and driving excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Our ideal candidate will have 15 years of relevant experience. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, strong leadership and management skills, sound judgement and a passion for building a high-performance culture.

EDO offers a competitive compensation package. Components of compensation include :
The base salary range for this position is $180,000- $200,000 PLUS discretionary annual performance based bonus and equity in a mid-stage company. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, experience, location and the level of education attained of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
