What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Foodrunner- Las Colinas position at Entertainment Promotions?
Primary Job Duties :
- Maintain on shift cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant work stations
- Resetting all tables to the standard table setting
- Clean / sanitize table tops / chairs, sweep floors, and mop up spills in all restaurant areas
- Assisting with stocking of silverware, plates, napkins, etc.
- Sweeping floors and cleaning spills in all restaurant areas
- Trash removal
- Opening or closing of the restaurant per opening / closing checklist
- Communicating with guests and answering basic restaurant / company related questions
- Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
