Position Overview
The position of Operations Coordinator consists of coordinating all activities and resolving issues related to the performances at ER’s client sites. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating the performer schedule, communicating with the performers prior to the event to address and resolve any scheduling, equipment or client site issues and confirm all details for upcoming performance. The Operations Coordinator will provide support to the ER administrative team by sending contracts and gig offers and responding to client and performer questions during the weekends. The Operations Coordinator’s schedule is Thursday through Monday to ensure proper support for the performers, clients and ER administrative team.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Develop and publish the performance schedule and make adjustments as needed based on client needs and performer availability;
· Provide support to the performers, clients and administrative team during the weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) to ensure effective problem resolution and client/performer satisfaction.
· Manage the communication and communication channels with all performers and clients during the weekends.
· Serve as the liaison between performers and clients during the weekends.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation to enhance operational capabilities and drive continual improvement;
· Stay updated with entertainment industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage;
· Complete bona-fide assignments as needed to meet or exceed the business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field is a plus;
· Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, with a track record of successfully driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives;
· Strong knowledge of operations management principles, methodologies, and best practices;
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and drive strategic decision-making;
· Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and drive results;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships;
· Strong financial acumen and budget management skills to drive cost optimization and financial performance;
· Familiarity with technology and software systems used for operations management;

Working Conditions
· Position is classified as a full-time position expected to work 35 hours per week including Saturday and Sunday evening and night with additional "on-call" potential.

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
