Responsibilities
- Develop visually striking marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website banners, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cutting-edge creative strategies and ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends to craft designs that captivate target audiences and boost brand recognition.
- Design captivating email campaigns, taking into account layout, typography, and imagery to enhance open rates and click-through rates.
- Develop socially engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and leveraging design techniques that foster user interaction.
- Produce high-quality video content for diverse marketing initiatives, demonstrating expertise in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work, with experience in apparel design a significant asset.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut), Canva, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Experience in creating graphics optimized for ecommerce platforms.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- High attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities and processes.
