Description
Primary Job Duties :
Responsible for executing cash close-outs for all servers, bartenders, and cashiers. Balances tills and aprons to reports in Point of Sales system and collects cash. Puts together daily cash deposits for bank. Assigns appropriate equipment (I-Pads, Radios, etc.) to Team Members. Coordinates, supervises, and trains new cashiers Assist in other departments as needed. Attends all department and company meetings as required. Punctuality is mandatory. Assist in maintaining department inventory within the cash office. Ability to maintain currency supplies on a weekly basis. Assist with team member scheduling per labor templates. Assist with periodic deep cleaning and enforcing opening / closing procedures. Manages shift operations (cash control, safety, quality control, etc.). Maintains uniform standards and a professional appearance for all team members. Requirements
Physical Requirements :
Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Early Morning and Late Night Hours. Special Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years old Obtain training certification per company policy 1-2 years prior cash handling experience in a restaurant or retail Must be trustworthy, detail oriented, an effective communicator Ability to resolve cash handling discrepancies. Ability to Multi-task for multiple departments Standard Company Expectations :
