What are the responsibilities and job description for the Redemption Cashier- Las Colinas position at Entertainment Services LLC?
Description
Primary Job Duties:
• Correctly rings in each item purchased through the appropriate point of sale system with-in the redemption store
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the redemption store displays per instruction of a lead or manager
• Assist guests with product selection
• Monitor guests in the prize store to prevent items being taken from the store without being purchased through the register
• Report damage to equipment or technical issues to management in a timely manner
• Interact with guests to create an engaging and entertaining experience
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
• Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver instructions
Special Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Obtain training certification per company policy
