What are the responsibilities and job description for the THEATER RUNNER- S+R position at Entertainment Services LLC?
Primary Job Duties :
- Accurately deliver food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests efficiently throughout the movie
- Assists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condiments
- Clears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
- Familiarize row / seat numbers and food menu for Theater
- Communicate with guests and answer basic theater / STRIKE REEL related questions
- Clean and set up auditoriums after movie ends
- Prepare and maintain runner station at drink expo line
- Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
- Support other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
- Complete housekeeping duties including sweeping / mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms
- Opening or closing of the theaters per opening / closing checklist
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
