The Corporate Receptionist - Part Time will help ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, and will be the “face” of LMG to clients and guests who will visit and call the office. Must be available Monday and Wednesday.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Greet visitors, determine with whom they need to meet. Contact designated parties to announce arrival of visitors and provide directions to visitors as required.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously; determine caller needs and direct calls to designated persons. Take and relay messages as required.
• Maintain employee log and communicate availability of employees to others as requested. Page employees as requested to communicate required information.
• Maintain conference room calendar.
• Assist with the preparation of mass mailings and type routine correspondence, lists, or reports as requested.
• Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work.
• Maintain supplies inventory (including consumables) by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Base Salary Range: $15.00/hr - $22.23/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
