What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of equipment planning and logistics within your discipline.
Strategically allocate equipment, minimizing transfers and sub-rentals.
Proactively solve scheduling conflicts, inventory shortages, and equipment delays.
Provide clear, actionable equipment plans to support warehouse and on-site teams.
️ Refine processes to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and improve performance.
Maintain database accuracy, ensuring all equipment details are up to date.
Lead and develop Equipment Logistics Coordinators for maximum team efficiency.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate competitive cross-rental terms.
Work across multiple teams to optimize shared resources for company-wide success.

Base Salary Range: $19.75/hour - $29.27/hour. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
