The QC Operations Supervisor Audio will perform duties to plan, manage, and direct the daily workload of Quality Control Technicians including the accuracy, proper functionality, and technical integrity of each equipment order, working within the limits of standard or accepted company practices.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :
- Manage the warehouse technical QC support area in the planning, preparing, scheduling, testing, and troubleshooting of technical equipment required for events.
- Work as a team leader to achieve show requirements and event success for our clients.
- Request, Obtain, Review, and implement event paperwork, schedules, orders, transfers, and other similar documentation.
- Interview, select, train, assign, monitor, and manage the activities of location's QC staff. Explain work, monitor work quality, and assist to resolve operational problems.
- Maintain and lead communication channels with operations and sales team.
- Maintain inventory and communicate all damage or inventory concerns to supervisors.
- Conduct regular inventories including cycle and consumable counts.
- Be safety conscious.
- Promote safety with all team members and in every situation.
- Assist sales team to build client relationships during events.
Base Salary Range : $54,700 / yr - $81,100 / yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
