Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator I is responsible for effective configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and related infrastructure. This includes addressing business and user needs in conjunction with making requested changes, updates, and modifications to ETP software systems. Additionally, the Systems Administrator I will develop effective ways for stakeholders to view, use, and understand large complex sets of data generated by the systems. Designs, develops, and enhances reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and / or external customers.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :

• Addressing business and user needs in conjunction with making requested changes, updates and modifications to database data.
• Reporting and Programming : Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from various databases.
• Works with Business Units to design and create visualizations to identify patterns, trends, and exceptions
• Designs, in conjunction with Business Units, effective and useful Dashboards for improved operations
• Planning and conducting the execution of process changes to address complex business issues using information systems resources.
• Act as internal consultant regarding ETP software systems and their functionality.
• Review user actions to ensure data integrity.
• Software bug testing.
• Plan, test, and execute system upgrades.
• Design and modify existing business forms.
• Assist Business Systems & Standards with creation of training materials based on new or revised processes.
• Planning, creating, and overseeing reporting and guiding operations in locating inventory.
• Manage data exports for use inside other ETP software systems.
• Influence project movement by setting timelines and agendas, projecting plans and follow through.
• Train and provide support for ETP software systems including resolving complex issues. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with internal Information Systems staff to maintain software on servers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Base Salary Range : $45,189.14 / yr - $66,967.04 / yr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
