The Academic Programs Assistant provides administrative and professional support to The CoiL Learning Center. This position requires an extremely well organized individual possessing sound judgment and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while meeting hard deadlines. Our purpose is to promote development strategies that inspire professional excellence and develop outstanding & diverse people in the entertainment technoloy industry.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage administrative tasks associated with our Learning Management System, including course enrollment, scheduling and tracking learning activities, and collecting participant feedback.
- Enter and track training attendance for employees, and produce various monthly update reports for student surveys and training attendance.
- Develop and provide engaging communication strategies to increase employee awareness of and successful participation in classes. Includes distributing monthly department emails related to upcoming trainings and special events.
- Build strong relationships and connections with Las Vegas employees to engage in CoiL classes and events.
- Manage the Las Vegas CoiL Learning Center and report equipment malfunction.
- Create and publish content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and develop meaningful connections that encourage community members to engage with our brand.
- Organize and schedule on-site and off-site visits with educational partners.
- Assist in onboarding trainings for interns and apprentices, schedule professional development training, and track attendance and participation.
- Coordinate and organize system-wide initiatves with other departments and locations.
- Other duties as needed to support the programs offered by The CoiL Learning Center
Base Salary Range: $16.50/hr - $24.45/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
