What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor - Venue Operations position at Entertainment Technology Partners?
The Supervisor - Venue Ops is responsible for supervising audio-visual operations staff in preparing facility for scheduled events. This position will provide Convention Center clients with outstanding audio-visual service, and be a representative of LMG’s Vision and Values for the Convention Center internal departments and all visiting guests.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee the set up, troubleshooting, maintainance, operation, and strike of audio visual equipment.
- Build team schedules, transfers, and assist with event paperwork.
- Maintain communication channels with venue operations, sales, and logistics teams.
- Conduct regular inventories including cycle and consumable counts.
- Maintain integrity and cleanliness of storage facilities
- Be safety conscious. Promote safety with all team members and in every situation.
- Build relationships with the internal and external convention center teams.
- Assist sales team to build client relationships before, during, and after event.
- Mentoring of Center Technician Team
- Attendance at operations meetings, site visits, and team meetings
- Assist in resolution of equipment to prepare for order fulfillment
Base Salary Range : $54,678.86 / yr - $81,030.12 / yr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
