Job Description
Throughout the hybrid internship, you will work closely with the Client Engagement Team to gain a deeper understanding of marketing operations, content development, and the agency's relationship with a designated client.
Availability: Candidates must be available for all 11 weeks
Timeframe: May 19 – August 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: In-person: Two days per week at Enthuse Marketing, Hudson Yards, NY
Remote: Three days per week
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The base compensation for this job classification is $16.00 hourly or applicable state wage. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.

- Interest in marketing operations and willingness to learn
- Preparation of reports - understanding the fundamentals of creating a PowerPoint deck incorporating facts, statistics, intro slides and storytelling
- Marketing Research – Identifying trends and conducting industry research that fit the brand campaigns and industry at large
- Participate in team brainstorms on strategy and activation ideas for new projects
- Applicant must be 21 years of age
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mac
- Organization skills
- Presentation experience
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Excellent internet research skills
- Ability to synthesize and summarize information
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and thrive in a face-paced environment
- Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards
