Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in training program development, compliance, and brand education working across both beverage-alcohol (bev-alc) and non-alc brands.
Availability : Candidates must be available for all 11 weeks
Timeframe : May 19 – August 1, 2025
Schedule : Monday through Friday
Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
Location : In-person : Two days per week at Enthuse Marketing, Hudson Yards, NYC
Remote : Three days per week
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Collaborate With the Team : Work closely with the team to develop visually engaging content for educational programs, presentations, and marketing materials, to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and educational objectives.
- Maintain Brand Consistency : Develop templates and ensure all visuals reflect the company’s identity and values.
- Participate in Brainstorms : Assist in developing ideas for innovative storytelling.
- Will attend and observe internal meetings and under supervision, support the design, delivery, engagement and / or evaluation of in-house learning initiatives
- Development . Lead strategy, development, and implementation of the following :
Team assessment of brand / category knowledge and presentation skills

Additional Information
The base compensation for this job classification is $16.00 hourly or applicable state wage. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
