Schedule: 8-Hour Shift Monday-Friday
Annual Compensation: $50,000-$65,000

Position Summary:
Entourage Freight Solutions, an umbrella company of R.S. Hanline, is seeking a Logistics Claims Analyst to work in a third-party logistics/truck brokerage environment. Responsibilities:
- Research and investigate reported claims and determine responsible party.
- Collect all necessary documents and information to file, investigate and help resolve claims.
- Manage the documentation and submission process of each claim presented in compliance with timeframes determined by Carmack.
- Act as a liaison on behalf of customers and claimants while working with carriers and providing transparent communication throughout the entire claims process.
- Diligently follow up on claims with carriers, customers, and insurance companies.
- Contact carriers, insurance companies, salvage companies and internal/external customers regarding open claims
- Work with accounting and sales staff to resolve carrier and customer accounting issues related to claims
- Stay up to date on current cargo loss trends, FMCSA rules and regulations, Transportation Laws, etc.
Skills needed:
- Strong, independent decision-making skills while maintaining relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and handle time sensitive requests.
- Capable of meeting multiple deadlines occurring at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize various requests and handle changing priorities.
- Ability to present strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Previous experience in logistics or freight brokerage industry preferred.
