Entrap Games is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager! In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. As Assistant Manager, you will:
- Welcome and engage guests to create a positive and exciting atmosphere.
- Oversee game setup and reservation processes using our booking software.
- Promote and sell our products and services while driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage social media updates and encourage positive reviews and repeat visits.
- Provide pre-game safety briefings and introductions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor guest progress during challenges, offer assistance when needed, and reset rooms post-game.
- Supervise and support team members, fostering a friendly, optimistic, and team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high standards of customer service.
We are seeking candidates with:
- A strong background in customer service (2 years preferred).
- Leadership qualities, including an outgoing personality and attention to detail.
- A passion for people, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (Friday–Sunday).
