Summary
Responsible for installationand maintenance of all TV and Radio studio equipment.
Essential Functions
Candidates will have a vast knowledge ofradio and tv broadcast engineering and transmission, news operational andtechnical environments which include news automation systems, studio and field cameras, non linear editing systems, newsroom systems,cg graphics interfaces. Candidates mustbe able to lift at least 40-50 pounds, have a general IT knowledge thatincludes fax machines, IT switches androuters, ISP modems, voice over IP phones, ENCO radio automation and playout, Comrex Bric Links, GatesAir Flexiva FM transmitters, GatesAirMaxiva TV transmitters.

Required Education and Experience
Familiarization with Harris / Gates Air fulland low power transmitters, Rossproduction switchers, JVC / Panasonic andSony studio and field cameras, Chyrongraphics interfaces, Adobe Premier nonlinear editing systems, Harmonicencoders, Nevion transmission stream gateways, Wheatstone audio consoles, andother related gear as necessary.
