We are looking for a proactive and highly organized part-time Office Manager (25h) to join our talented team in Barcelona
You will be responsible for ensuring our office is a welcoming, efficient, and well-functioning space and supporting Adwake’s Talent & Culture team. What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day office activities, including receiving deliveries, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming office environment.
- Oversee office supplies (food, beverages, stationery, IT equipment) to ensure availability and timely restocking.
- Act as the go-to person for office-related issues, assisting the team with hardware or technical requests.
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are running smoothly and arrange maintenance when needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders, ensuring strong professional relationships.
- Oversee and report on the office budget, ensuring cost-effective decision-making.
What You Should Have:
- Experience in Office, Workplace, or Facilities Management, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Availability to work Part-time (25h) in the mornings and 100% in-office
- Strong written and spoken English skills. Spanish is a bonus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Slack, and workplace management tools.
- Proactive and solution-focused, able to anticipate challenges and find effective ways to address them..
