We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all approved end-user computer hardware, software, and related technologies. This includes scheduling and installing approved hardware and software to meet customer and organizational needs, as well as performing independent analysis and problem solving with great customer service skills.

* Schedule and install approved hardware and software to meet customer needs

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
* Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
* Two to three years of Information Technology experience (preferred)
* Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills
