Provide technical support for all approved end-user computer hardware, software, and related technologies. Schedule and install approved hardware and software to meet customer and organizational needs. Perform independent analysis and problem solving with great customer service skills. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Assist with new project requests as needed. Track and document progress and steps taken to resolve issues within the ticketing system. Perform and assist in hardware and software maintenance services.
