IT Deployment Technician

Entre Computer Services is hiring for an IT Deployment Technician for a 4- week contract project with our client in Rochester, NY.

Ideal candidates can expect the following responsibilities and will have some or all of the qualifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems, software applications, and security tools.
• Perform imaging of devices using standard deployment tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, or equivalent.
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a deployment technician or other customer support role
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service mindset
