A pivotal part of this role is the ability to multitask between projects and provide counsel and hands-on support that team members can rely on to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leadership - Exhibits strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate the Quality Delivery team. Effectively communicates the team's goals, expectations, and strategies to team members. Accessible to leadership and team members both virtually and in person to mentor and coach as required.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management - Communicates clearly and concisely with team members, leadership, and relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates on team status, utilization, and relevant quality metrics.
- Process Improvement - Actively seeks opportunities to improve Quality processes and methodologies. Implements best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively provides recommendations to organizational leadership to drive project growth.
- Technical Expertise - Analyze test results, troubleshoot testing failures, and recommend corrective action to ensure existing functionality meets or exceeds established metrics and benchmarks. Oversee processes related to compatibility testing, smoke testing, regression testing, functional & non-functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Minimum 5 years of experience testing software.
- Demonstrated experience with functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge with major browsers and their developer tools on various computing hardware and strategies for assuring applications function according to industry standards.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems and their use on mobile devices.
- Proven experience in the technology professional services industry is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines.
- Track record of successfully being a part of project teams, and initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
