A pivotal part of this role is the execution of project tasks and recommendation for improvement opportunities to the Project Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliverable Planning - Work alongside the Project Delivery Manager or Manager of Service Delivery to break down the project scope into task driven components and determine the steps necessary to create and deliver each specific deliverable.
- Data and Program Analysis - Examine and interpret data and programmatic elements to derive meaningful insights, identify patterns, and make informed decisions. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to gather data and metrics related to program performance. Create documentation, reporting and business facing artifacts to support findings.
- Process Recommendations - Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance in various aspects of project operations. Utilizing project data and firsthand experience, recommendations should be proactively shared with project delivery team members and clients to drive project success and growth.
- Project Execution - Participate in executing and completing project deliverables to ensure value and quality for clients. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to understand the process for executing deliverables to ensure client expectations are met leading up to project completion.
- Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Minimum 2 years of service delivery or client facing experience.
- Proven experience in the technology professional services industry is strongly preferred.
