You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. This position requires a passion for identifying and attracting top-tier candidates who will thrive in a technology-driven, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support Hiring Managers - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies for open positions in the Organization.
- Talent Attraction - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the Recruitment Process - Manage the full recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiation. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance - Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local employment laws.
- Willingness to work full-time in Entega’s Troy, MI office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortability working under pressure or strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, with an understanding of the specific skills required for technology-based positions.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques to attract top talent.
- Strong understanding of the hiring process, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (GreenHouse) and other recruitment software.
