Job Overview : This part-time role is perfect for someone currently in school or recently graduated, with potential for a future full-time position. You will manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring engaging content and a disciplined posting schedule. If you're passionate about social media, quick with video editing, and have a knack for crafting content that captures attention, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Manage and grow the podcast’s social media presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Edit and post engaging video content quickly and efficiently.
Brainstorm creative topics, hooks, and prompts for social media posts.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure ongoing engagement and growth.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with the podcast’s goals.
Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to stay relevant.

Requirements :

Previous experience managing and growing a social media audience of at least 50,000 subscribers (this could be for a personal brand or a company).

Proficiency in video editing and a deep understanding of what works on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Ability to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for content.

Strong organizational skills to maintain a disciplined and consistent posting schedule.

Flexible schedule, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
