Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage day-to-day operations of existing businesses, including administrative tasks and minor bookkeeping with QuickBooks.
- Provide comprehensive support, including managing emails, scheduling, and phone communications.
- Assist with investment research and management, including areas such as cryptocurrency and other emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate on new business development by brainstorming creative revenue streams and identifying growth strategies.
- Troubleshoot and manage office technology, including printers, routers, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Create and edit documents, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Handle errands with personal or company vehicle and organizational tasks as needed.
- Act as a thought partner, contributing ideas and strategies to grow and diversify ventures.
- Be comfortable in a home-based environment that includes friendly dogs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, ideally within startups or small businesses.
- Strong accounting and financial organization skills; investment experience is essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic photo editing tools like Photoshop.
- Technical aptitude for managing and troubleshooting office technology.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify conventional and unconventional business opportunities.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to stay motivated and inspire others.
- Comfortable working in a relaxed, home-based setting that includes pets.
